What happened?

We can make each other laugh,
Spend every minute making dreams.
We would spend the late nights watching the stars,
Wishing the day would never end.

We would lounge around growing old in the sun,
Remembering the good days; when there were three of us to make the fun.
Making memories to hold tight,
While staying awake all night.

You would wipe my tears away,
And i would hold you while you cried.
But now since there are two of us,
Something seems to have died.

We have too many fights,
Over "the dumbest things" you say.
And they seem to last longer,
Each and everyday.

I'm sick of all the hurt,
And how the tears don't seem to cry,
I'm sick of all the people,
Continually asking why.
