Don't Take The Boy

About a month ago,
the doctor told him he only had 6 months to live..
for him to live..
everything I'd give..

he's laying in his bed
with no strength or hair..
Heaven was waiting for him
& soon he'd be there..

i softly prayed to God
for him not to take him away..
i needed him..
i couldn't live without him one single day..

don't take the boy
i need him here..
don't take the boy
i don't think i could bare..

he took his final breath
& there went my world..
now my family is praying
don't take the girl..
