Suffocation Never Felt So Sweet.

by Kristen   Apr 27, 2007

Suffocation never felt so sweet
As it does to be right now
With all the days to watch you sleep,
I find you're sleeping sound
The dream to never let you know
The image to always see you go
A life time of eternity
To feel a love that's torn, yet free.
It hurts somehow, I can't explain
A pillow case to hide my shame
Forgetful mornings,
Things you've done
A cloud of rain to hide your love
Drown me out, your mournful cries
A bouquet of flowers
Laid by my side.

Suffocation never felt so sweet
As I thought it would be now
Found alive inside this box
With scratch marks leading down
And dream you may, to be untrue
The drops of blood you have consumed
Like fields of pain you can't unleash
This love has yet to help me sleep
The happiness that's left the room
My soul to creep about the room
And with this pillow, you shall sleep
No pillow case to hide your shame

Suffocation never felt so sweet
As I wish it did right now
And all the days I watched you sleep
You were never sleeping sound
The dream to never let me know
The image to always see me go
A life time of eternity,
You felt a love that was torn, now free
It hurts somehow, you can't explain
That pillow case with my blood stains
Forgetful evenings,
Things I've done
A cloud of rain to hide your sun
Drown me out, my mournful cries
My bouquet of flowers,
Dead and dry.

Suffocation never felt so sweet
As I wish it had right now
My days of sleep have come forever
As I'm trapt under the ground
And dream I shall, my wish came true
The drops of rain the dirt consumes
Like fields of pain, they have unleashed
This love has left me here to sleep
My happiness now full and true
My soul to creep no longer with you
And with this pillow, I shall lay
Your bouquet of flowers,
In my grave.
