One Night

by Alma   Apr 28, 2007

Soldiers marched into the villiage
They came in the cover of darkness
Carrying an AK47 each
With covered faces
They ran into our homes
Stripping mothers of their
Infants and children
The screams of the people were heard
Miles away
They sat the women on the ground
While infront of them
Stood a line up of their children
One by one they called each childs
Name before they pulled the triggers
The women screamed in pain
Then soon after it was their turn
To meet their fate
The soldiers did
Not Flinch did not react
They showed no mercy
Just like that a entire villiage
Gone there in the cover of darkness
Not a soul left alive
