Demons of Memories

The demons from my past
Have returned to reignite the fear
long lost in my heart and mind
memories thought to have
been buried with the dead
rise up to haunt me in the night
They hide waiting
in the darkest of places
and attack at the most
unexpected of times
they won't stop
till I have been totally
consumed and have
lost my sanity

    I love how it seems that one line is going to end, but is followed through in the next line. It just gives the impression that the poem forever flows. I've been waiting on you to post another poem and I am extremely content and pleased with this poem my dear talented one:)
