Thee night that will never will be forgotten (short story)

As one precious tear rolled down her face
the one tear that captured every feeling inside

after shoving a bottle of pills down her throat

there she was lying on the ground
shaking
feeling a rush throughout her whole body
she can't stop moving
she felt like she was trapped in her mind

then she mellowed down
as her heart slowly dropped to a low
thump....
thump.........
thump............
...........
it stopped

with her body on the carpet
her little niece walked in to see
the auntie she thought was happy
on the floor, maybe sleeping
she shook her to wake her up

a breath of air comes out
the child gets startled and jumps back
then the little girl realized she wasn't going to wake up
she didn't know how to use the phone yet
so she ran out the door
across the newly cut grass
and over to the first door she saw
once she got there she knocked as hard as she could
hoping that maybe, just maybe someone will answer

she keeps on knocking
her fist are bright red
she gives up
she scattered along to the side walk in front of the house and bawled

about 5 mins later the child's eyes were burning from her rubbing them
she didn't know what to do...

suddenly she hear a door open
it was the guy who lived at the house she was knocking at
quickly she sprinted to him and swung her arms around him

he asked "whats wrong?"
"my auntie is sleeping and she won't wake up"
"where is your auntie"
"this way"

she took hold of his hand
and he tangled behind her as she pulled him into the house
they went up the stairs and to her aunts room
he put his hand on her wrist

the little girl was confused, is this a fairy tale where the prince charming comes and the princess is saved...

"where is the phone!" the man demanded
she pointed at the wall
he dialed 911
and before the child knew it she heard sirens
