I am the girl who will always be there
Trailing behind you, following anywhere
I am the girl who will listen close
To the things that you say and that no one knows
I am the girl who will just be awaiting
The day that you need to do some complaining
I am the girl that you will overlook
But I somehow know that you're misunderstood
I am the girl who will pray for you tonight
When you're fast asleep, I will hold you tight
I am the girl who will call out your name
When you're lost in a nightmare and you can't find your way
I am the girl who will watch over you
And do the impossible for your dreams to come true
I am the girl who will travel the distance
Just to prove you're the greatest thing in existence
I am the girl who will cry when you cry
I'll feel pain myself when you pain inside
I am the girl who will believe what you say
Just to hear you talk and laugh all day
I am the girl who will look in your eyes
And then look away, trying to disguise
I am the girl that will walk by your side
But that you'll only see as "One of the Guys."

Waiting for you to get your butt online
