I always wonder
if anyone has eyes
but everyone has eyes
even if they never open them
I guess maybe they would see
if there ever was a point
but there's never been a point
so why look beyond the world?
I never really thought
anyone could see me
but everyone can see me
even when I am invisible
So I guess if I had eyes
I would choose to close them
rather than to open them
and see this broken place
There's not a need to wonder
if anyone has eyes
for everyone has eyes
