Seasons (cinquain)

by Marie   May 7, 2007

Summer
hot, sunny
mosquitos buzz around
Thrilling, exciting and free
season of play

Fall
breezy, brisk
Leaves flutter down
relaxing, laid-back and calm
season of change

Winter
Cold, snowy
people come together
loving, hectic and busy
season of togetherness

Spring
warm, friendly
Flowers bloom everywhere
Enticing, hopeful, and beautiful
season of renewal

Cinquain- a type of poetry in which the first line has one word, the second has two words describing the first line, the third line shows
action with three words, the fourth line has four words that convey
feeling, and the fifth line refers to line one.
