NO LOVE, NO LIFE, NO SOUL

No love no life no soul
But a heart broken and dull
No life within me.
Just shattered bones and skull

I watch the blood drip
Draining from deep inside
Tears on my pillow
Left with pain I hide

Slowly as I fade
I see that soul saving light
I thought I had reached destiny
But instead I still have to fight

Dark sad and alone
I know I won’t survive
I leave this poem in memory
For now I’m not alive
