Holding on to Hope

Holding on to hope,
Pushing out sorrow,
Opening my heart
For dreams of tomorrow.

Letting go of pain,
Reaching for love,
Thanking God
For blessings from above.

Letting wounds heal,
Wiping away tears,
Walking towards the light
That fights away fears.

    I think it's really good, the only thing I could say is add one more stanza that would kind of sum up the whole idea of the poem. I really like the story of it though.
