Sitting in this room
The curtains are pulled shut
Coldness sweeping over me
Slowly turning numb
Screaming tears slide down my face
Leaving a black train shining
An unfamiliar ringing in my ears
The poignant taste of tears
I hope to god you know
I hate you so much right now
This feeling all too new
How did you think I'd cope?
You were the one that made me sane
That made each day the better
Coming home, seeing flowers at your door
I'll never be alive again
Not for the rest of my life
The flash of pain that hit my heart
Please god never again
My tears slicing down my face
Silently they're flowing
Please, why were you taken from me?
I'd give up everything to have you back
To have my last goodbye
I miss your laugh, your smile
But i'll have them everyday
In memories and a photograph
These will never fade.
