Trying To Forget

I no longer hear your voice,
Nor do I ever see you.
You are like an invisible person,
I know you exist yet you're never there.

I want to hold you again,
To feel that comforting touch.
But I have a feeling I have to wait long,
And I don't want to queue up in that line again.

I know I've missed you,
But I also want to forget.
Forget that one night that made me change,
For it changed what I felt and thought.

Nevertheless I hope you're doing good,
And I hope you're doing what you like.
Even if it's not with me,
I wish you all the happiness.
