Cry for you

You threw the phone
and yelled in agony
hitting the grey tiled floor
with your mighty fists
your love as always by your side
cried as
I had never seen
her cry before
your oldest
always strong
broke down
and
lay on a bed and sobbed aloud
I did nothing but stand there
and watch your whole world
fall apart
I cried a loud
with tears running down my cheek
taking in the moment
now what seems like only days later
is actually months
the pain is still the same
and the that night seems
has never felt more alive
than anything before
I still cry for you
