False Pretence {Triolet}

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   May 16, 2007

Touch his heart it is false pretense,
And the farther in love I fall.
This feeling is so immense --
Touch his heart it is false pretense.
From all my impurities, rinse,
Get the dirty sin off it all;
Touch his heart it is false pretense,
And the farther in love I fall.

    Hey,
    I didn't know this type of poetry yet, interesting to read, I like your choice of words but the flow was a little off, I don't really know why, but when I was reading it out loud it sounded different then when I was reading it without sound. I hope you understand what I mean..but I still think I deserves 5/5!

    Again, im captivated by the structure you use on your poems. there is 1 word in here, that throws me for a loop. NASTY. there could be a better word in here, that describes the same thing. but your word choice is yours. (: i love how you take time to construct these. nice write.
