Life And Death

by XSugarSexSuicideX   May 18, 2007

What is life, what is death?
Why are we all so afraid?
We all want what they all have,
Want to make what they all have made.
After all, who cares about
Life and death anyway?
It's not like they can change
The way we feel today.
On some days, the blade looks friendly,
On other days, it's revolting,
Today, it's the only option,
Tomorrow, it won't solve anything.
But decisions are made on impulse,
And we can't change what's been done,
We try to make new promises,
But in keeping them lies the fun.
Trying to be hopeful,
Our scars begin to heal,
But who cares about life and death,
In neither can you feel
The beating heart of someone gone,
Their voice still in your mind,
You try to sort out life and death,
But no difference will you find.
