Maximum of Twelve Days {Ottava Rima}

This is talking about one adoring a flower, and if one doesn't take care of it properly, he [the flower] will die in twelve days.

The rose will wither then fail to exist,
He will fall in a maximum of twelve days.
His beauty is nothing you can resist,
You must try and save him; find a way.
Unless you want his scent to never touch your wrist,
He will fall in a maximum of twelve days.
Pucker his leaves and smile because you know,
He couldn't live without you, he couldn't grow.
