Not Me

She was someone really special to you wasn't she,
I know she made you happy.

I bet if you could you would turn back time and
take back everything you did wrong.

Because, if anything was up to me,
I would turn back time if I could and change
things back to the way they were when we were
together.

There was one thing though, I was lucky
to have someone so special like you,
you showed me a lot of things I didn't think were
possible.

But so you know things changed when you left,
it was hard to cope with because I expected
everyone after you to be like you and that wasn't
possible.
