A memory... now....

I took another look,
and my heart beat faster.

i didn't want to see what i saw,
but it happened.

you were once in my life...
but things changed.

we weren't together for a long time,
but i still have the memories we shared.

i still think to myself... if you even
remember... us being together.

i know i remember... but there's nothing
i can do about it now... so thats all.....
