The girl

by brogan   May 23, 2007

She stared into the broken mirror,
Reiterating over what she had just done.
Tears trickled down her face,
Blood trickled down her hand.
Flashbacks flooded through her mind,
Reminding her of the torment that she suffered.
She wasn't going to suffer anymore though,
She wasn't going to feel anymore pain.
The girl made her way to her open window,
She looked down at the decent bellow.
Taking a deep breath,
She climbed onto the ledge.
She raised her arms up into the air,
Called out her hatred to the world,
And jumped.
She felt no pain after that,
Her death was quick.
The only people who felt any pain were her family,
The people who loved her.
The girl had reasons to end her life,
No one should have to go through the suffering that she did.
Unfortunately she told no one.
No one had a chance to help her,
No one had a chance to stop her anguish,
No one had a chance to save her.
