We would always laugh together
We use to stay up late a night
Talking on the phone about endless things
From who likes who to what the future would bring
By those time slowly drifted away.
Neither one of us knew it was until it was too late
She would always come over and you�d push me to the side
I acted like it didn�t bother me
But deep inside I wanted to scream it did.
She moved and I thought things would get back to normal
But I was wrong they only got worse.
You left me to survive high school by my self

But I guess I was wrong
She came back and once again you pushed me to the side.
Then finally one day a day I won�t forget
On my 16th birthday
Our friendship as best friends couldn�t handle it anymore
You said she was funnier to be with me then me.
From there on out are friendship isn�t the same anymore
Nor will it ever be the day I lost you as a best friend.
You think everything is alright
That we�re best friends
But we�re not nor do I think we can be anytime soon.
