That Perfect Someone

Everyone says that there's always,
Always a perfect someone out there for you,
But how will you know?

Is it when you can't get them out of you head?
When you dream about them every night before bed?
When you hear their name a, smile comes upon your face?
When you have nick names for each other?
When you know that there's no one out there that could replace her?
When you have rose petals floating in your stomach, when you're with them?
Or is it when you know it's safe to say "I love you" and mean it?

So answer me this,
What do you do when you lost that someone as a girlfriend...
But not as a best friend?
All I can say is "I still love you no matter what"
