Once upon a time
there was a girl
she wasn't gorgeous
but she was real

Her smiles at you
that meant so much
mean nothing now
like your touch

those eyes that shined
when they saw you
now turn away
she knows the truth

Your hands fit perfectly
like a puzzle from above
it wasn't awkward
She was in love

But she didn't mean enough
those other girls meant more
their flawless skin and alluring lips
they were the ones you wanted to kiss

instead of her passion
you choose their lust
shattering her heart
you broke her trust

once upon a time
this girl loved you
but you threw it away
and you never knew..

    Nice topic! can relate to it! but u know if u were not that attracted to her it would have become a big problem for u wouldn't have been able to be comfortable around her and be truly honest n true. in the end we need those qualities but also a common attraction... anyways good poem 4/5
