Dearest Heart,

Hahahaha.. I laugh at that. You say I have done nothing to help her?? You say that I don't help her recover. I AM the recovery. Without me, she would never be able to pick herself back up off the ground and move on. You, you are the one who pulls all the hard work I do back down with one little whim. You say you try to better Her?? You do nothing but wreck Her. If she would only listen to me more, she wouldn't be in the predicament she is now. She is hurting on the inside, and I know it's not my fault!! I know that it's because you were being foolish and because you don't know when to stop. Did you really think He would stay?? Did you really think He would actually love her?? Honestly, sometimes I wish you would listen to me more and know when I'm right. Why don't you just go away and let me heal Her like I always do??

    Smashing, m'dear!

    The Mind's squabble took my breath away. It seemed to me to be delirious with rage and aversion towards the Heart, whereas its case certainly was based on sound reason. If I was out of breath, how much more will the heart react? I need a pacemaker, by then. Ha.

    This "Dear Heart" poems of yours is like the birth of a new creativity.. Amazing! When I read all the poems, it's like, really knowing what both sides are going through... The description on what the mind and heart is going through is so realistic that I really don't know who to take side... If you keep writing, I'll always be reading these poems and waiting for the next.. Take care.. :)
