Music of Atlas

by XSugarSexSuicideX   Jun 11, 2007

Listening to the music,
Symphony of triumph,
Notes flowing up,
Speaking of rising,
Essence of upward motion,
Sunburst of sound,
Breaking out of hiding,
Spreading open,
Freedom of release,
Tension of purpose,
Swept space clean,
The joy of unobstructed effort,
A faint echo,
Laughing astonishment,
No ugliness,
No pain,
The song of immense deliverance.

*We learned about a new kind of poem in school today called "Found Poems". You basically take a passage from text, and extract certain words from it, in order, to make a poem. This 'Found Poem' is from the book "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand, page 20, paragraph 4.*
