Classic

Have yourself a classic case
Of a girl who meets a boy
Temporary fun is always worth the chase
And it helps to have extra toys

But then the girl goes way to far
She fall in love with her best friend
And although he leaves her with a scar
Wedding bells sing and dance at the end

The pat she made to herself as a child
Was to never give her heart away
To really love is too hot, she prefers to stay mild
Because that means she can easily fly away

So cross at herself and all of life's tricks
She is yearning to be herself again
How can you grow if you are picking up sticks?
The role she's playing is that of pretend

And the more she denies the more it reminds her
That her soul craves more deeper desires
The more the tries to remember the more it blurs
Her dreams of wild nights and burning fires

Ironically the key to her prison lies within her own heart
Half of her want to turn from love, the other half never apart

Someone once said that love will remain an unstoppable force in our life
Will true love reveal itself or will she end up as someone's wife..
