Escape (Goodbye, Hope)

by XSugarSexSuicideX   Jun 11, 2007

Escape.
An end to hope.
The fire extinguished.

Once the life
Of the person we are hoping for
Is gone,
What is the point in hoping?

What is the point in
Faithfully holding on,
Holding tight,
If in the end,
You wasted your life?

Should we hold on faithfully
And lose everything?
Or just let go
And live our lives?

Make your decision.
As for me,
I'll blindly hold on
To what I believe in,
To whom I believe in,
With the faith that
I'm NOT wasting my life,
I'm NOT finished hoping.

*I agree with Marcus--hoping gives me something to do with my life.*
