Love from Lust

by LithiumSacrifice   Jun 16, 2007

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
And the sky it mourns,
When you don't know love from lust.

Lust is the dark
Under its blinding spell
Stopping all other feelings
Time could only tell

It is a trick
That we all fall for
It is a single prick
That can turn your heart sore.

Love is the light
Over all the clouds
Venturing above the night
Embracing the silent sounds

It is the honesty
That we cannot loose
It's not into false tricky
That so many fall into

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
You're heart will tell you,
When it is love or if it’s lust.
