Zero

We live our lives for today
Not caring what we'll have to pay
We build on up to super-strength
Then fall back down right in our place

We rise on high like men of steel
We step on out and learn to feel

We start to fade like an old song
And lose what we had all along

We grow too weary and all alone
Quickly withdrawn, emotions gone

We're super-human when we begin
Then fade to Zero in the end.
