I wish I could tell you,
When I take your hand in mine,
I'll be honest,
And that everything's fine.

I'm no liar, and unwilling to show
The things I'm hiding,
But you somehow have to know.

I love you more than I ever loved before,
And incapable of losing you again,
The tears are crashing on my shore.

It's hard to be without you,
And I don't wanna cross the line.
.. But I wish I could tell you that everything's fine.
