Out of my Mind

by Andrew Morton   Jul 6, 2007

Rolling down hill for so long
what comes past rock bottom
im so cold i think ive froze to death
im too drunk to tip the bottle
i like to think ive numbed myself
how can i still feel pain
from the depths of the hell
the demons should my name

[chorus]
don't tell me that it will to be okay
don't tell me that you've felt this way
don't tell me you don't pity me
don't tell me that you can see
you can't see, what i see
i cant see, because im blind
out of my mind

even though i have lost my way
my thoughts seem to find me
dragging on every single day
haunting my dreams
so i wake up in the morning
to find that nothing has changed
is this the fate ive been given
will it always be this way

[chorus]
don't tell me that it will to be okay
don't tell me that you've felt this way
don't tell me you don't pity me
don't tell me that you can see
you can't see, what i see
i cant see, because im blind
out of my mind

get out of my head
tortue someone else instead
leave my thoughts alone
just leave them to my own---->

[chorus]
how can you say it will be okay
when you have never (ever) felt this way
you can say that you dont pity me
i dont think you'll really ever see
cause i dont, cause i dont
i cant see, im blind
is this some sort of sign
a reminder that im blind
out of my mind
