March of a Fisherman

by Sherry Lynn   Jul 7, 2007

"Mommy Mommy I caught a fish
It's a pike; trust me mom I know it can bite
My finger it bit, please momma give it a kiss"
"Baby that is great, you got your wish
Amazing things happen when you stay lakeside all night
The bite on your finger must not be dismissed

To think you are only ten and quiet the young fisher man
I bet when you grow up I will see you live on c-span

Oh my darling you truly are a loving dish
With your pole and tackle in hand
Headed to where you hear the fish swish
Learning the sport firsthand
Avoiding the girls named Tish
Living life so simple as you planned"
