A pledge for our loved ones...

We say the pledge every day in school,
but for what reason?
is it some kind of rule.

well what about those in the heavens above?
shall we not say a pledge for the ones we love.

the people we love,
who were in the war.
they knew just exact what they're fighting for!

pledging for our country IS Kay
but, perhaps our loved ones another day?
what i am saying is helpful and true.
