And then the toaster popped!

My great aunt Edith was a worm,
her casserole always made me squirm,
she'd say to me cheese is a meat,
something that you have to eat,

the friendly cow just down the road,
was distraught at the thought that he's stood on a toad,
the ice cream he brought had melted you see,
and then he exclaimed he needed a wee!

the mayonnaise jar stood alone on the shelf,
next to the ketchup and a great tub of wealth,
up in the cupboard the colander said,
why, i should spread you on bread,

and this is the end of aunt Edith the worm,
who's meat casserole always made me squirm,
i remember she said that cheese is a meat,
something that you have to eat,

and then the toaster popped!
