Somewhere...

Somewhere,
theres a girl just like me
wondering why life
can't be more like t.v.
where every problem
is easily solved
and theres always someone
to pick you up when you fall.

Somewhere,
theres got to be someone
who feels just like me...
who tries to be open,
but never feels free.
Someone who's tired of playing the game
feeling so lonely,
feeling so lame.

Somewhere,
I hope theres someone
I hope I'm not alone...
Wondering if he really loves me,
and when he's REALLY coming home.
Hoping to death, he'll stay by my side
praying at night
he's along for the WHOLE ride.

Somewhere,
I know theres someone like me
but I hope to death
that she will see
she doesn't need to be LIKE ME.
She can change,
her destiny.

To the girl,
who's just like me...
Life will never be easy.
But if you try, someday
you'll win life's race..
in someones eyes...
you'll ALWAYS be first place.

So please don't hide
your beautiful smile...
let it shine, and feel free to run wild.
and one day you'll find the guy
who will make it all ok,
and inside you'll then know
he'll be the ONE to always stay.

    It was a nice poem i love the message in it, and somehow on how your imagination works it was simple yet in some parts u made your lines somehow unique. but pne more thing, starting on this part..

    ,i don't get what u really wanted to say, u talks about your love life and suddenly you're wishing for some other girl's happiness. its nice though the flow just confused me.hope it helps.

    this poem isn't really about me though
    it's just something i came up with...
    idk i guess from life experiences of my own...
    and from the people around me :-)
