I see you there now
i feel like the luckiest man on earth
...but you seem sad
so i try my best to make you smile
but under that small smile you give me
i can sense your unhappy
...months and months go by
i dont see you change
so i ask
"do you trust me?"
she nods slightly
i look at her once more
and everything she is
i try my best once more
to make her smile
but instead i tell her
" i know your sad with me
so i think i will try my best
to make you happy again,
because you can do
so much better than me"
...she cries
...and she cries on my shoulder
she speaks so softly
"I was happy with you..."
"i just thought you considered me
just some other girl for you"
she walks out, while you stand alone
you look for her...
but cannot find her ever again
