Only maybe

I keep picturing it in my head
it wont go away
i wont get to see your smile
i wont hear what you say

no more cuddles or kisses
it just keeps making me cry
that in a few days soon
i know we'll have to say goodbye

you've done so much for me
taught me more than you realize
everything just goes away
with one look in your eyes

it just hurts so much
the distance just causes more pain
knowing that maybe, only a small maybe
i might get to see you again.
