Hoping and Praying

Hoping and praying that I see the light
shining upon me all so bright
making me see what I am worth
helping to erase all of my hurt
Hoping and praying that day will come fast
so my spirits can be lifted and I can forget about the past
forget about misery and forgetting about pain
I look to day the day I have much more to gain

    Nice write Cathy....They say the best way to forget the past is start a new future...do something new and get into something new.....sometimes it don't always work for people but worth a shot hey? I liked this piece from you!
