I scream,
But of course no one hears.
I'm alone in a world
Full of darkness and fear.

I'm huddled in a corner,
With tears running down my face.
I wish I could run away,
And forget about this place.

I can't control my hands,
Their slipping all over the place.
The blade is moving back and forth,
At a rather sickely pace.

The blood is streaming down my arm,
And I feel alive once more.
So I lay my head down,
Next to the note on the floor.
