Cold rushes down my spine
wind brushes my hair from my face
tears roll down my cheek
you race through my head

I begin to wonder why
why it couldnt be me
why you picked her
and why everything changed

you left me in the dark
you left me alone with my pain
and because of that
i returned to my old ways

I returned to my tears at night
feeling pain at all times
the darkness in my heart
and the scars upon my wrist

at one time you were my everything
my heart, my soul, my life
but now you are more
my cuts, my tears, my pain

I will never forgive myself
but most importantly
i will never forgive you
for causing me to be like this
