The burn of the cool blade
Across the heated skin
Blood welling up from the wound
Spreading fingers across the skin

The hopelessness and fear
The carpet stained with tears
Anguish and regret
Eyes releasing their tears

Another scar created
Anger seeded in the soul
Pain released in the blood flow
Cold and breaking is the soul

The stares that emerge
The faded scars from times of old
The whispers from behind
The mutilated skin of decisions made long ago

    Hey wow...this was an emotive and moving poem..and i know that ihave definitly had those felings and scars b4...well i stil have the scars...and i know hat it breaks u down knowing what uve doen and it doesnt help after uve done it:D
