Look out the window
Sit and ponder what this world is coming to
Once a world of peace and love
Destroyed by the scene
Gangsters, thugs, punks, emo, prep
Only to name a few
Everyone wants to be someone
But no one just wants to be a you
People...
Fighting for our freedom
Bashers...
Saying things like
Thank god for dead soldiers
Yes.. yes our country we did deserve a lot of what we got
But when its comes down to it... we are free
We can't have peace without love of ourselves
We are an insecure nation
A nation too worried about what they can have
Instead of what they can give
No one of these days
They dont know
We dont know what its like to work for what we have
We cant see the pain that drive holes in others heart
Can you see the blood drip from their veins
When you call them ugly, fat, stupid
Do you see their suicide
Do you see their home life
No
You see what will make you feel better
About YOURSELF
A selfish nation
Thats what we are
People bash Bush
Granted he isnt the best
But are you much better
