That Girl is Me

You were her friend
And she thought your friendship would never end
But then something had to happen
The reason she had to pretend
Whenever you would smile
She would feel weak inside
Whenever your eyes meet
She'd feel weak on her knees
She didn't know what to do
Because that feeling was something new
Then one day you've found out
What her emotion was about
You've found out that her heart beats for you
And then she didn't know what to do
When you started avoiding her
It had made her suffer
Now she stares at you from afar
Wondering of how you are
And I know of what she sees
Because that girl is me.
