We spent the night together
all my dreams came true,
in your arms, you held me close,
as i held on tight to you.

then suddenly its over,
it just wasnt fair,
we said goodbye
next thing i know,
i turn around and
your not there.

before you left you
called to say you cared,
and then goodbye,
but then you said when
you returned we'd give
it another try.

now i sit by the phone,
and wait for your call,
just to hear your speak,
i love the way you talk
to me and make me
feel so weak.

when we were close
i held your hand
you whispered 'its ok'
you leave me breathless
without a thought or
anything to say.

when you return ill
grab you and kiss you
with no doubt,
cause i now know from
being with you,
your something i just
cant live without.

    Omg, beautiful! This poem was so sad, sweet, loving, and everything in between! I just fell in love with it! It brought tears to my eyes.. I can definitely relate to this piece. I couldn't stop thinking about my boyfriend Tyler whenever I read it. It brought up a lot of old emotions, which is great, it just means you got your point across and your poem touched my heart.     Awwww, dear!!! This poem made me cry... it just brought up so many old emotions. It was deep, sad, full of love, I enjoyed reading every single line!
