Missing Her

Slowly we came to know her better,
everything falling into place.
My feelings grew more strongly for her,
right when I cannot see her face.

She has left for a few weeks,
it seems like forever.
I wish I had told her how I felt,
now it feels hopeless.

When she returns I hope to speak,
to tell her what I feel.
Will I be strong or will I be weak,
either way, my feelings are real.
