Blank

by Jenn   Aug 6, 2007

Sifting through the silence
I grasp your hands;
They're black and white
With eyes so blank yet full
You cannot speak for the nothing in them
I strain to see inside you
You're only a shadow;
Still and possessed
How I yearn to break what feels hollow
To spill upon me your every thought
I'd step on the black and white
And pulling your shadow into my view
I'd color you in with light
