Hello Katy, I know this piece is for your Nan, but I just makes me reflect on my own love that has fallen away. And you do this with ease. Your beginning of wanting just one more time of everything to do together just holds that last little plea out of wanting one more time of of happiness in whatever way possible, I like it.

let me see the espression and the feelings are expressed good way and clear but the paragraph lengh are not confrom with the natural stanza count of 4 lines

and then the rhyming is poor making the poem a bit weak

in all the expreesion si strong and the idea you are talking about is wonderfull but you lack the poetic technic a bit
