Body of rage

by Amy Jo   Aug 17, 2007

Do you believe you're missing out
When she lies on the bed starting to pout
Her body can't hold her rage
and she can't start to act her age.

She's scared and falling apart
because you boy have broken her heart
So tell me what you think is missing
when there's another girl your kissing

She can't explain her heads inside
because it feels like shes truly died
Do you know what this is she feels
while you try and try to make more deals

You can't mend a broken girl
with candy and pearls
It takes a little closure and more
But I guarantee the tears will still pour

Can you save her from herself
or are you still worried about just yourself?
Do you know that you will die alone,
because of the carelessness you've shone

Have you ever felt the emptiness,
or struggled through her sadness?
I'm sure as a boy you couldn't learn to bare,
what feelings her body dares

She could never spill enough blood
to show you that it hurts like a flood
of feelings rushing over her body
to where shes blinded and can't see

She sits there with all her tears
wasted all those years
on you, who can't seem to feel,
so how do you know whats real?
