I miss her

by Joe Eijyuu   Aug 20, 2007

No sooner she departed
My joy of living suddenly stopped,
Craning my neck skyward
To stars, my loneliness I whispered,
No reply but only silent flickers seen instead
By misty eyes of mine, then teardrops dropped.

Deep into the journey
Of my princess I still call her "honey",
Because I want to convey
My love for her by a moonlit bunny,
Unlike all the other rabbits this one will stay
On my moon awaiting your glance for eternity.

News brought by breezes
That toward me she is making moves,
This is almost as good as
Kissing her in my arms under the stars,
Oh, how I so miss her; her smiles and her kisses
Moon and stars are dancing and my heart rejoices.
