For You Nan....for Jacinta

Everyday thoughts of you run in my head,
Wishing you were here,
Hoping one day i will see you again,
To see your beautiful face,
To know you are still around,
To hold your hand,
For you to guide me,

The day you left this world,
Was the day something within me died,
I feel so empty,
Nothing can fill this gap but your love,

For all eternity we will share memories,
Singing together,
Going out for dinner,
Hugging one another,
And i will always cherish that last kiss you gave me,

Heaven is the place your heart and soul,
Gracefully glided up to,
I know this place will keep you safe,
I know you will live on in this place,
As your life is just starting,
Your soul will grow more with each heartbeat it takes,

I miss you,
You will always have a place in my heart,
Forever and a lifetime,
I love you,
We all do,

We hope you live a peaceful life.

    It was very sweet of you to write a poem for her. These are some very heartfelt words. Nan will always be with Jacinta, she is watching over her everyday and Jacinta has her beautiful memories to treasure as well. A beautiful write.
